There are CEOs who had started their business at young age. An experienced executive can manage their team as per organizational needs, as a CEO we should provide guidance. Now let us consider two different executives working in same organization.
Both these executives are well-experienced person. Executives are different they may vary in their thoughts and action. First person went on building relationship with the subordinate. Second person is more professional at work. But both these executives are poor in managing subordinates.
A well relationship builder found his employee happy, thought that work would take care of itself. Eventually, performance of his subordinate was weak. Since, they hadn’t discussed clear work flow. The executive who worked professional at work didn’t mentor, no personal communication most employees ignored him.
As an young CEO, started to guide them. Planned and outsourced a trainer to communicate the issue. Unfortunately, found that both didn’t change in approach.
I learned certain things from executives continued to aid them well.
