In business notes are informative tool. Apptivo provides notes in all the application. It helps you to view, Edit, delete or credit all the notes. Notes in Apptivo provides you with a brief record of the customer.
Customer Notes
Manage all the customer information by choosing preference in the left navigational bar.Enable the notes option. Once enabled it helps you to view notes in all the other Apps application. Type the notes, view customer details in a click while communicating to the customer. It allows you to add even a small piece of information related to the particular customer.
Employee Notes
It makes HR process easy, where they can store all employee information in the employee App. Employee notes menu not only allows you view but also allows you to filter the notes made by a particular employee.HR who has access permission can edit or make modification in the employee note.Its simple and easy to record the work details of each employee even while communicating with them.
Export Notes
Export all your notes as bulk from the customer App. You can view the report on typing customer name with start date and end date. Also click on the export button to export all the notes into CSV format.
Notes has been integral part of documentation as it helps to record all important information.
